08:45 - 10:00 AI Toolkit Summary State-of-the-art technologies for revenue authorities: decision intelligence, workflow orchestration, process mining, predictive analytics and generative AI applications.
10:00 - 10:15 Break Tea/Coffee break.
10:15 - 12:30 Co-Creation Studio I Map pain points to AI tools (apps/games), sketch architectures and workflows, define data requirements, and identify human-in-the-loop controls.
